Kari Daging Ayam + Roti Jala


Indonesian Version

Kari Daging Ayam

Bahan :

  • danging ayam 1 kg
  • santan cair 4 gelas
  • kentang kecil ¼ kg
  • santan kental 2 kg

Bumbu :

  • bawang merah 1 ons
  • lombok merah1 ons
  • kayu manis 3 cm
  • biji kapulaga 4 butir
  • jahe 1 rj
  • tomat merah 3 buah
  • bawang putih 5 siung
  • cengkih 4 biji
  • bunga kapulaga 2 biji
  • daun kare ½ ikat
  • gula merah secukupnya
  • asam jawa secukupnya
  • garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat :

  1. cuci daging lalu potong-potong
  2. kentang kupas dicuci
  3. bumbu dihaluskan, kecuali daun kare
  4. tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan + bumbu yang tidak dihaluskan
  5. masukkan daging aduk rata tambahkan tomat
  6. santan masukkan, aduk, masak hingga daging lunak
  7. tambahkan santan kental biarkan sampai mendidih, aduk, masukkan kentang
  8. setelah kentang masak, angkat, hidangkan dalam baki/mangkuk

Roti Jala

Bahan :

  • tepung terigu 250 gr
  • Garam ½ sdt
  • Telur 1 btr
  • Air 300 cc

Cara Membuat :

  1. bentuklah adonan (masukkan tepung kedalam, lubangi tengahnya) masukkan telur kedalam lubang tersebut aduklah sampai rata, sambil masukkan sedikit demi sedikit air
  2. masukkan garam
  3. jika adonan berbintil, saring
  4. cetaklah dengan memakai cetakan roti jala, atau daun pisang yang dibentuk kerucut

Anda bisa mengkombinasikan roti jala dengan kari ayam di atas

Ways of making :

1. wash the meat and cut into pieces
2. washed peeled potatoes
3. mashed all flavor, except curry leaves
4. fry the mashed flavor and unmashed flavor
5. enter the meat and slosh it, and then add tomato
6. enter the coconut milk, slosh, until meat is cooked soft
7. add condenced coconut milk until boiling leave, slosh it, and then enter potato

Roti Jala/ Cake Net

Substances :

  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 300 cc Water


Ways of making :

  • enter salt
  • if dough nodule, filtered
  • mold the dough by using roti jalas mold, or a banana leaf cone formed


You can combine the cake with curry chicken on above
