Kari Daging Ayam
Bahan :
- danging ayam 1 kg
- santan cair 4 gelas
- kentang kecil ¼ kg
- santan kental 2 kg
Bumbu :
- bawang merah 1 ons
- lombok merah1 ons
- kayu manis 3 cm
- biji kapulaga 4 butir
- jahe 1 rj
- tomat merah 3 buah
- bawang putih 5 siung
- cengkih 4 biji
- bunga kapulaga 2 biji
- daun kare ½ ikat
- gula merah secukupnya
- asam jawa secukupnya
- garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- cuci daging lalu potong-potong
- kentang kupas dicuci
- bumbu dihaluskan, kecuali daun kare
- tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan + bumbu yang tidak dihaluskan
- masukkan daging aduk rata tambahkan tomat
- santan masukkan, aduk, masak hingga daging lunak
- tambahkan santan kental biarkan sampai mendidih, aduk, masukkan kentang
- setelah kentang masak, angkat, hidangkan dalam baki/mangkuk
Roti Jala
Bahan :
- tepung terigu 250 gr
- Garam ½ sdt
- Telur 1 btr
- Air 300 cc
Cara Membuat :
- bentuklah adonan (masukkan tepung kedalam, lubangi tengahnya) masukkan telur kedalam lubang tersebut aduklah sampai rata, sambil masukkan sedikit demi sedikit air
- masukkan garam
- jika adonan berbintil, saring
- cetaklah dengan memakai cetakan roti jala, atau daun pisang yang dibentuk kerucut
Anda bisa mengkombinasikan roti jala dengan kari ayam di atas
