Sayur Lodeh (Eng)




Here the substance for sayur lodeh :

100 gr yard beans

¼ gr chayote ¼ g

1 pcs Young jackfruit

100 gr Soya rafination

100 gr Leaf melinjo

2 cups coconut milk (liquid)

1 cup thick/consentrated coconut milk



Favor/Ingredients :


50 g onion

1 pc lemongrass

2 pcs garlic

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 pcs Red chili

1 teaspoon salt

2 green chilies fruit

Melinjo 100 gr

½ tsp tamarind juice

Pete 5 pieces

1 piece bay leaf

Bacon 100 gr

Laos


Ways Of Making :

* Clean the vegetables, wash and cut into pieces
* Cut all the ingredients
* Boil the meat when half cooked, put the fruit and young jackfruit, melinjo
* Blend the ingredients except the lemon grass, laos, bay leaves crushed
* Boil with coconut milkliquid, melinjo, boil until half cooked
* Yard beans, leaves melinjo, tempe, and chayote inserted and boiled until half - cooked
* Enter the thick/concentrated coconut milk and stir in so that coconut milk will not broken
* Enter the tamarind juice and serve in the tray closed
