Tahu / Tempe Bacem

Bahan :

- tahu sedang 1 buah 

- tempe 4 irisan

- air kelapa 2 gelas 

- minyak goreng ¼ botol 

Bumbu :

- bawang putih 2 siung

- ketumbar ½ sdm 

- daun salam 5 lembar 

- laos 1 rsj 

- garam ½ sdm

- irisan gula merah 1 sdm 


Cara membuat :

  • bersihkan sayuran,cuci dan potong-potong
  • potong semua bahan
  • rebus daging sampai ½ matang lalu masukkan buah melinjo dan nangka muda
  • haluskan bumbu-bumbu kecuali sereh,laos,daun salam dimemarkan
  • rebus bersama santan cair melinjo,rebus ½ masak
  • kacang panjang,daun melinjo,tempe,dan labu dimasukkan dan rebus ½ matang
  • masukkan santan kental dan aduk supaya santan tidak pecah
  • masukkan air asam hidangkan dalam besi tertutup
