URAP


Bahan :

  • Tauge 100 gr
  • Kacang Panjang 150 gr
  • Daun ubi 100 gr
  • Kangkung 200 gr
  • Daun pepaya (jika suka) 100 gr
  • Kelapa parut (sedang) ½ btr

Bumbu :

  • bawang merah 50 gr
  • cabe merah 3 bh
  • Bawang putih 2 siung
  • Cabe rawit 3 buah
  • Air asam jawa 1 sdm
  • Irisan gula merah 1 sdm
  • Daun jeruk 2 lbr
  • kencur 1 rsj
  • laos 1 rsj
  • sereh ½ btg
  • garam 1 sdm
  • terasi bakar ¼ sdm

Cara Membuat :

  1. cuci sayuran, rebus secara bergantian lalu potong2
  2. parut kelapa memanjang campur dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan
  3. bungkus dan kukus
  4. hidangkan urap dalam piring lonjong dengan bumbu tersendiri atau dicampur dengan sayuran
