Sayur Kare

Indonesian Version

Bahan :
- daging berlemak 100 gr
- Kol 100 gr
- Kentang 200 gr
- Buncis 100 gr
- Wortel 100 gr
- Santan cair 100 gr
- Santan kenta l 150 gr
- Soun 2 gls

Bumbu :
- bawang merah 50 gr
- Bawang putih 2 siung
- Ketumbar ½ sdt
- Kunyit baker 1 ruas
- Daun jeruk purut 1 helai
- Sereh 1 batang
- Jintan kasar/halus 1 helai
- Kemiri 1 bh
- Kapulaga 1 bh
- Bunga lawang 1 pelepah
- Cengkeh 2 buah

Cara Membuat :

  1. daging direbus sampai lunak iris berbentuk dadu – dadu 1 x 1 cm
  2. soun direndam dalam air, potong 5 cm
  3. sayur kol, kentang, wortel, potong dengan ukuran 2x2 cm dan buncis 2 cm
  4. bumbu dihaluskan kecuali daun jeruk , sereh, laos, bunga lawang, kapulaga, kayu manis, dan cengkih
  5. setelah daging lunak, masukkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan sayuran yang telah dipotong wortel, kentang, buncis, kol, dan terakhir santan kental dan soun
    cicipi rasanya dan terakhir beri air asam

  • Liquid coconut milk 100 cc
  • condensed coconut milk 150 cc
  • white noodle 2 gls

Ingredients/seasoning:
  • onion 50 gr
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 1 slice burning turmeric
  • 1 pcs citrus leaf blade
  • 1 steam lemon grass
  • 1 pcs caraway rough / fine
  • 1 pcs candlenut
  • 1 pcs cardamom
  • 1 part star anise
  • 1 pcs cinnamon
  • 2 pcs cloves

Ways of making:
  • meat slices, boiled until soft and shaped dice 1 x 1 cm
  • white noodle soaked in water, cut 10 cm
  • vegetable cabbage, potatoes, carrots, cut in shape dice with size 2x2 cm and 2 cm for bean
  • mashed all seasoning except orange leaves, lemon grass, turmeric, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove
  • after the meat is soft, enter the seasoning that have been mashed, then vegetables that have been cut like dice such as carrot, potato, bean, cabbage, and finally condensed coconut milk and white noodle
