KALIO DAGING


Bahan :

  • Daging 250 gr 
  • Santan 250 gr 

Bahan :

  • Bawang merah 4 siung 
  • Bawang putih 3 siung 
  • Cabe merah 50 gr (cabe giling 25gr)
  • Laos muda 2 rsj
  • Jahe ½ rj 
  • Sereh 1 btg 
  • Ketumbar 1 sdt peres 
  • Kunyit ½ cm (kunyit halus ¼ sdt)
  • Daun jeruk 2 lbr
  • Daun kunyit ½ lbr  
  • Air asam jawa 1 sdm
  • Air 100 cc

Cara Membuat :

  1. daging dibersihkan dan ditiriskan 
  2. semua bumbu digiling halus kecuali daun jeruk, daun kunyit 
  3. bumbu ditumis dengan sedikit minyak sampai harum masukkan daging + santan cair 
  4. masak hingga daging lunak 
  5. masukkan santan kental + air asam 
  6. biarkan hingga kental dan berminyak (warna merah kecoklatan)
  7. hidangkan dalam piring lonjong
