Bahan : Pakis 2 ikat
Tauge 100 gr
Udang basah 100 gr
Kelapa parut ½ btr
cabe merah 8 bh
bawang merah 8 bh
ketumbar 1 sdt
Cara membuat :
- Pakis dicuci bersih, setelah dipotong lalu direbus lalu ditiriskan
- Kelapa digongseng lalu digiling halus
- Bumbu dihaluskan bersama udang basah
- Cabe merah dan bawang merah diiris tipis
- Kemudian aduklah menjadi satu, beri air jeruk nipis dan cicipi rasa asam garamnya
