Cah Kangkung

Bahan : 
Kangkung 1 ikat 
Udang basah 100 gr (dikupas bersih)



Bumbu : 
Cabe merah 5 bh(diiris)
Bawang merah 4 siung(diiris)
Bawang putih 2 siung(diiris)
Jahe 1 rj(dimemarkan)
Tomat kecil 1 bh (diiris)



Cara membuat :

  • Kangkung dipetik lalu dibersihkan 
  • Semua bumbu ditumis dengan sedikit minyak harum lalu masukkan udang
  • kemudian tomat dan kangkung
  • Masak sampai layu, cicipi rasanya 
  • Hidangkan dalam piring lonjong
