TRANCAM

Bahan : 

Kol   100 gr

Kacang panjang   50 gr

Tauge pendek   50 gr

Timun   2 bh

Terong   2 bh

Daun kemangi   20 gr


Sambalnya : 

Bawang merah   6 bh

Kencur  2 rsj

Kelapa parut   ½ btr

Terasi   1 sdt

Irisan gula gula merah   1 sdm

Garam   1 sdt

Cabe rawit+cabe merah   5 bh

Air asam   1 bh


Cara membuat : 

  • Bumbu untuk sambal digiling dengan menggunakan penggilingan atau blender
  • Sayuran dibersihkan, lalu dihidangkan dalam piring ceper dengan sambal
